25. Jul 24, 2015. #1. The trunk lid wiring harness on my 2000 Roadster was severed in half by the trunk lid hinge. I soldered the wires and covered in shrink tubing. After completing the work I noticed the following: - Power door locks no longer work (worked before repairing wires) - Side marker lights no longer work (worked before repairing wires)
I have a 2003 BMX x5 3.0i, not a 2006 I turned off my car and the interior lights stay on. The only way to keep the lights off is to manually click the light panel on the roof. Important for every Z4 owner: Red roof light flashing is NOT a fault indicator!!!! It's only an indicater, that the roof is neither open nor closed. That's it, nothing more. Just anywhere in the middle between open and close, but never ever a fault indicator. Your fault code states the following: View attachment 175065

Same here shipkiller. I have the top off after several hours. Followed your instructions from the website. My drains were clear but red water in the enclosure. I recently purchased a 2005 z4 and the roof isn't working. ive done some research and it seems that most problems come down to the hydraulics, a switch in the boot, or the flooded motor. it is difficult to troubleshoot because when i press the button nothing happens and the lights dont even respond. all of the issues ive seen online at least hz7sI.
