Using distilled white vinegar is an effective and inexpensive way to clean your Invisalign and remove coffee stains. Vinegar has natural cleaning power, and its acetic acid helps to break down the stain, making it easier to remove. To use this method, fill a small bowl or cup with 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar and 3/4 cup water.

People changing trays weekly may have less movement per tray, they may have propel or an accelerant. All depends on the Doctor. At my office we generally stick to two week changes unless you are doing really well and the teeth are moving quickly we will do 10-12 day changes. BoyBandLover • 5 yr. ago.

Ideally you loosen your trays by getting your fingernail up under the lingual/palatal side, instead of from the cheek side. Begin in the back and work your way up front from both sides. Don't just hook your fingernail in the back in the cheek side in the back and pull down. You'll for sure crack your trays if you just pull from the back/cheek side.
