Long press menu button left controller should bring up steam link menu. There you should have then an option for OpenVR advanced settings (I first also didn't saw this, so look for it). In the OpenVR advanced settings, change under play space settings the y axis. In my case I have to do this everytime I start oculus link.

It would make total sense though. If you can play steamVR games on a Quest 2 over the Oculus link, then Sony should offer the same option if they are going to compete with the Quest 2. PCVR badly needs a headset that can compete with Oculus on price, and PSVR2 could be that headset.
